Fliers can book their air tickets anytime. Recently Air India introduced a new innovative AI-based feature name- eZ Booking. Allowing people to fill in the information for reserving air tickets on the India air website.

It’s a new AI-based eZ Booking feature launched by Air India, where fliers can book tickets on their own and eZ Booking makes fliers’ lives easier. Instead of filling out a long form now, they can easily book the ticket by just filling in a little information, a much better way than the traditional booking.

- In the top navigation bar, click on the eZ Booking option.
- You must fill in the information on where to travel using text or voice commands such as destination, and on which date you need to travel.
- After knowing the information that has been entered, the AI agent will start processing your request and will give you a customized itinerary based on the person’s information.
- After receiving the itinerary given by the AI agent, one can make changes in flight details if they feel like it; one can make changes in dates or if one wants to change the flight option, travel class, and more.
- Lastly, once you’re satisfied with the itinerary given by you then, confirm your booking and proceed to pay.
